Here are some tips for Uber and Lyft riders to make it easier for their drivers to find them when requesting a ride. The faster the driver can get to you, the faster you will reach your destination.
1. Shopping Malls/Shopping Centers
When requesting a ride from a shopping mall, please text your driver with your desired pickup entrance. For shopping centers, enter the name of the store you are at instead of the address. This makes it much easier for your driver to find you.

Most big events have designated pickup and drop-off locations. However, if the venue you are at does not, you should text or call your driver with a precise meeting spot. Alternatively, your driver may contact you with a location. This will make it much faster to connect without getting stuck in traffic.
