The Grubhub Guarantee is Grubhub’s way of saying they want to give you the best price and on-time delivery with every meal.

Lowest Price Guarantee

Grubhub wants you to have the best price on your order. If you find a better price for your meal with a competitor (like DoorDash or Uber Eats), compare the total price you paid on your Grubhub order (total cost minus coupons, promotions, and tips) to the competitor’s total price. If Grubhub does not have the best price, they will email you a Grubhub Guarantee Perk for the difference in price, plus an extra $5 off your next order.

On-time Delivery Guarantee

If your order doesn’t arrive on time, tell Grubhub what time your order showed up, and they will email you a Grubhub Guarantee Perk for your next order.

How Does It Work?

If your order fails to meet Grubhub’s standards, let them know by submitting a claim for the Grubhub Guarantee. They will review your submission and email you back within 24 hours. If your claim qualifies, you will receive a Grubhub Guarantee Perk to use on your next order.

How Do You Know If Your Order Qualifies For The Grubhub Guarantee?

If your order arrives late or you find a better price, you could qualify for a Grubhub Guarantee perk.

• Grubub only reviews orders placed within the last 7 days.
• Orders that were placed for pick up are excluded from the on-time guarantee.
• Orders that qualified for a total or partial refund may not qualify for the lowest price guarantee.
• Group orders are excluded from this promotion.
• At this time, price match is only available for orders with Uber Eats, Doordash, and Postmates.
