Upon arriving at the drop-off location, the Dasher will prompt you to provide a signature in the DoorDash app. After signing, tap the ‘I have received this order’ button to confirm the delivery, and then pass the phone back to the Dasher.

What If You Can’t Sign For Reasons Such As Illness Or Mobility Issues
If you cannot sign—due to reasons such as illness or mobility issues—you can communicate this to your Dasher and request that they complete an alternative drop-off method, which involves taking a photo of the drop-off location and waiting five minutes.
