The Franklin

The Franklin comes with fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, all piled in between large biscuit smothered in house made sausage or vegetarian mushroom gravy. I recommend doing half and half with the gravy. Also. if you’re not sure about the mushroom gravy ask your server if you can get a sample. You can also pair it with an over-easy egg, which in my opinion is a must-add to complete the dish.

Final Thoughts

The Franklin from Denver Biscuit Co. is nothing but amazing from the nice fluffy biscuits with chicken, egg, and egg in between them covered in fresh gravy. When I had it, I got the half and half with sausage and mushroom gravy (which was surprisingly amazing).
