The Franklin, which is my favorite sandwich at the Denver Biscuit CO., comes with buttermilk fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, smothered in house made sausage or vegetarian mushroom gravy. I recommend doing half and half with the gravy. Also. if you’re not sure about the mushroom gravy ask your server if you can get a sample.
