While in Kentucky exploring caves, I stopped at a small historic town in Indiana called Madison that is on the border of Kentucky. When looking for a place to eat I came across a small little restaurant on the main road called Hong Kong Kitchen, which the locals say has the best Chinese food you will ever have. Which I would agree it was some of the best I’ve ever had. But, for me it was the Wanton Soup and Crab Rangoon that was the best for me because they did something most restaurants don’t do, that I will go over down below.
Wanton Soup
- Freshly made Wantons.
- Very big, and not skimpy or falling like most restaurants are.
- Nice flavor to the soup and Wantons.
- Worth the price.
Crab Rangoon
- Freshly made.
- Actual crab rangoons and not the cheese ones.
- Fresh with flavor and texture.
- Worth the price.
