In this video I will show you how to rate your Spark Driver after a delivery on The Walmart app. When on the home screen tap on account on the bottom right. Next tap on your recent delivery underneath purchase history. Then select a rating to begin a quick survey. On the next page you will be able to rate your delivery experience and the driver from 1 to 5 stars. If you should rate them 3 or lower the app will ask you what didn’t go well and give you options to choose from, you are also given a comment box to add other information. Once complete tap submit.
