How to rate your pickup experience for online pickup orders on the Walmart app (Video Tutorial)
In this video I’ll show you how to rate your pickup experience for online orders on the Walmart app. Once you open up the app after a pickup a screen will pop to rate your experience. You can also tap on account on the bottom right of the screen. Once in account tap on first purchase history on the top. You will then be able to rate the pickup process from 1 to 5 stars. If you rate them 5 stars you will be given the option to tell them what they did good. If you rate them 3 or lower, you will be given several options to choose from of what they did wrong.
