Cons Of Visting Bishop Castle

• The castle is not up to modern safety codes. There are many steep stairs and wrought iron walkways with missing guardrails and welds.

• The castle is not handicap accessible due to its design.
• If you fear heights like I do there will be some parts of the castle that will be hard for you to do, especially the walkways that sway when walked on.

Final Thoughts On Bishop Castle

Bishop Castle is defiantly an amazing roadside attraction everyone should at least visit once. But if you should be terrified of heights like I am there may be few things you will not be able to explore, for me the walkways and the stairs is what freaked me out the most because they moved side to side a lot.
