Coal Mine Dragon located off Unitah right behind the King Soopers, is definitely one of my personal favorite Chinese restaurants that I go to pretty much every week. It’s also the number one Chinese restaurant I tell everyone to go to in town. In my opinion it’s a restaurant that has everything great staff, great food, great atmosphere, and great prices.

Steamed Dumpling
Another thing I’m a big fan of is steamed dumplings, and Coal Mines are definitely great and freshly made.

Whether you live in the Colorado Springs area or just visiting I highly recommended you check out Coal Mine Dragon of Unitah. For everything I’ve ever had there has been amazing. Also the staff is friendly, and you can’t beat the prices for the amount a food you get.
