How to return an order on the Spark Driver app
If you should be unable to complete a delivery for any reason, follow the prompts in the Spark Driver app to return the order to the store pick-up location.
Once you arrive back to the store make sure to enter your parking spot number with the “My Parking Spot” feature.
Note: All grocery orders should be returned to the store if the customer is not home or refuses to accept the delivery.
